Suggestion Snow accumulation in towns

Part 3
After another day of building my tournament a topic so gruesome popped up in my head, it has been plaguing our towns on Kalros for eternity, snow. I simply could not sleep knowing my tournament would have to face the wrath of the snow as it fell without regard for my feelings, the thought of covering my tournament in string was simply too much for me to handle. As I wake up the next day my mind is clouded still, with the thought of snow falling all over my hard work... Only if there was a solution to this terrible ailment...

The actual suggestion
Add a toggle for snow accumulation in town or disable snow accumulation below a certain y level (this is already a thing but it is simply too low given that the maximum Y level was recently expanded.

Just move off Kalros. lol

Jk this is something that should be implemented as it makes Kalros even less desirable than it already is.

I remember this being addressed in the previous SOTS. It came down to Cryptite and Mag saying that is was a cosmetic matter, so you would need to pay orbs to disable snowfall in towns.
But its not just cosmetic. Building while its snowing causes a lot of extra time, having to remove the snow constantly. Or having to place huge platforms to stop the snow from falling and having to remove them after. When building large projects, the extra time spent really adds up.

But you know this going into it. You're picking a tile where it snows so this is something you'll have planned for. It'd be different of snow randomly started falling in your town out of nowhere (seasons one day...?)

You're right about the logistics of snow falling on ice taiga tiles. but wouldn't you also agree that its not just a cosmetic, but rather a BQOL for the builders.

Sure, they're not necessarily mutually exclusive. I'm just making the point that the pain of dealing with snow is opt-in. Being able to take a tile where there's snow and make it don't is a pretty powerful change.

I guess from a building standpoint it would be a powerful change.
But, seeing how there are so many things that can be considered as powerful, from world policies to town progression. Why wouldn't controlling snowfall make the cut, knowing all these other things exist
