I joined my ranked barebones game and got in spectator mode instead of survival, im guessing it has something to do with me doing stuff too fast aka /leave and joining the game to fast? also can I get my elo refunded back please?

I assume so, i think the duels server still had you in spectator before you left and you were too fast (because you pro) joining and leaving, so yeah, i assume it still had you in spectator. Elo refund i think is fair too. Weird.
