With the server changing versions to 1.13/14 this opens many new possibilities. My main concerns/questions are pretty important. Will the server allow zero-tick farms as well as tnt replicators?

Seeing as mob farms aren't allowed at all and redstone is limited, I very highly doubt it

I can say for sure its a no to zero-tick farms. Especially since its already blocked.
Tnt replicators I've asked about in the past and was told unlikely but ask Crypt. Never remembered to ask but I'd recommend doing so
