Implement in Future Stray cats, Phantom swarms, and Pillager raids

In 1.14, cats and ocelots become two different mobs. This means you can't fully tame ocelots, and without a source of stray cats (because there are no villages of loka), people won't be able to have pet cats.
As a solution to this, I think stray cats should spawn in Towns over a certain level, and which have a certain number of people online. This would be similar to how cats spawn in NPC villages. If a player didn't want stray cats in their town, they would have to either tame dogs and sit them around the town, or unlock a buff or something.

Phantoms were introduced in 1.13, and drop a phantom membrane which is used to repair elytras. Since phantom spawning in vanilla relies on the player not sleeping, phantoms would spawn too much on loka. Instead, they should act more like a boss mob/fight.
This involves wandering traders. A wandering trader could spawn in the wild, and could trade items that have recently despawned in the wilds for power shards. If a player kills them, the player receives the effect 'Trader's curse'. When they come back to their town from the wilds in which the trader spawned, a black boss bar appears with the title 'Phantom swarm'. 5 - 20 phantoms spawn above the player, depending on the amount of wandering traders killed
(1 = 5, 2 = 10, 3 = 15, 4 = 20). If 5 are killed, a 'phantom queen' boss spawns after the swarm is killed, and the queen would be a large phantom with a more health and attack damage. It would drop 16 phantom membranes, and a phantom head, which when worn would give the player night vision.
alternately to prevent this from being too obstructive, wandering traders could drop wandering trader heads. When a player drops a trader head (or up to 5) inside their territory generator the swarm starts, depending on how many heads were dropped.

Part of the 'Village and Pillage' update is pillage raids. These happen to a village when a player enters with a bad omen, an effect achievable by killing a pillager captain. To make this work on loka, I think patrols should spawn in the wilds or on Resource islands. Players could then kill the captain and enter their town's territory generator with their varying bad omen level. The raid would spawn randomly on the edge of the town and work it's way toward the Tgen.

maybe the phantom idea is a bit too complex or not suitable for loka, but I still think there should be a way to get phantom membranes at least.

1.14.4 seems to have stabilised a lot of multiplayer stuff, it's the last update before 1.15 so we may be waiting a while if we don't update

1.14.4 has basically not solved any of the actually significant performance problems introduced by 1.14 as a whole. Regrettably, Mojang has decided to give up on 1.14, hence why they're just moving on to 1.15 where they may (hopefully) try to address more core issues with the performance problems they've introduced.

Our only hope is that the Paper devs fix enough of the lag issues that it might become viable to update to. Unfortunately, at this time, it would be very unwise to update.

Ah I see, the changelogs described the game has improved drastically for multiplayer but if there are still issues it's sad to see Mojang moving on and not addressing the issues
