Suggestion Suggestions!

I haven't done one of these in a while so why not now? I'm going to keep this one pretty short.

Alliance Tile Transfer System:
I would like to see alliances have the ability to transfer tiles to towns in their alliance rather than dropping them to cause a loss in strength. This way you can balance out your tiles in your alliance. I know this would be very helpful for our Alliance to make sure that towns that get more people can get more tiles.

XP Bottle Economy:
The XP bottle economy is a mess right now. The problem is that XP bottles are such an important part of making sure that players can have fun. Having XP bottles be such a scarce resource is not good for the server nor the economy. The demand is so crazy that Sigmaflash made around 2 pages of cores since Monday by just selling XP bottles. The demand is so crazy that it is not healthy for the economy. XP bottles should be much more accessible to players than they currently are.

This was after 5 minutes of Sigma having the XP bottles on the market.

That is all I have to say today! Tune in next time for jakeman5's suggestions!

I think this was suggested already. Might be worth digging them up.

This is probably the outlier of examples and definitely the extreme. I'm not very clued into this market but if there's a need and people are willing to pay then realistically someone will figure out how to take advantage of the market provided any player is noticing what's going on.

If you think you need more XP bottles, distribute them better through your alliance or suggest alternative methods to gather the resource. Although, I do agree that XP bottles not being a resource that can scale with the player base is something that is worrisome for the future. An example of something which scales well with the player base is the current RI; allowing each individual player to control their own grinding but also being limited and the limit being solely on them is something I think the XP bottle market could use if it was to change.

Just want to note, sigma completely undercut everyone and himself at quite a harsh rate and hence a quick large payout, this doesn't accurately show the overall market for XP.

It's easy to get; the bigger issue is it's restricted to town owners, so it's not an increase in the amount gained from industry but possibly a way to grind these in the future, or somehow exchange XP into bottled xp at a harsh ratio with a NPC at spawn. (this would be to allow the average / normal player to access XP and be able to get it themselves.)

If there was an issue, this is the fix.

Correct, I was just pointing out the crazy demand. Sigma was the easiest way to do it.

I sort of feel there should be some other method of grinding or doing something to get XP bottles. Maybe questing? Maybe grinding? Add them as a shrine loot bundle drop (for the ones at the end) perhaps too (if they aren't already). The NPC idea feels kind of cheap imo and it'd be in a similar spot to pearls where you want to buy them but you don't and you end up just kind of being like... eh. I think making it a METHOD of getting XP as opposed to a way to just flat out buy it would be more beneficial and would only work to increase player activity on the server.

Personally I think repeatable quests could be absolutely awesome for this, especially with everything that the current PVE team has learned over the past few months + what we learned through making Nyx. I think we could be a lot more creative and do something beyond just a fishing or gathering quest on Rivina or Balak.

I agree. I feel that this is a scenario where dailies would be very useful for this. And I just want to say people on the PVE team did learn a lot from Nyx, quests will most likely be better when people have more experience designing them.
