Good evening all Lokans, there's not much to say in this appeal without repeating myself from previous appeals that I've written.
First and foremost, I'd like to formally say that I'm very sorry for my actions and the damage I've induced upon the community. I do understand that what I've done is wrong and I shouldn't repeat my actions on Loka or any server at all. I understand that there isn't a very high chance of my ban being revoked from the Loka server but the point of this appeal is to show my reasoning for why I should be forgiven for my actions since.
Hacking
To start this appeal, I'd like to address the cheating issue. Yes, like in the other appeals, I do admit to cheating. I did actually stop cheating for a short period of time on the server, but I was too bad and was told by some team members to go back to cheating. Of course my whole town knew I was cheating, but no one actually reported me for some reason? If you wish to know what town I was in, I can't tell you since that was over 2 years ago and I wouldn't be able to remember. Going back to what I was saying, yes, I did cheat, and after my local appeal, I did tone down my cheating significantly. Until a few months ago on Crusalis. Originally I didn't cheat on the start of the season of Crusalis. And I was mostly in the middle of PvP skills; however, the reason I started cheating towards the end of the iteration was because of the experiences I had. Throughout Crusalis I was screenshared countless times, and to be fair, I was sick of it. Every war period I was screenshared a minimum of 3 times, and it was tiring. I didn't have a good K/D, so why did I get screenshared in the first place? So due to that, I started cheating to give the staff a reason to screenshare me, and eventually, yes, I did get banned due to the owner of the client I was using at the time logging on the server and disclosing everyone who was using said client on Crusalis to the staff. Due to that, I was banned, and I haven't appealed since then. That is, to my understanding, the entire cheating scandal you should understand before reading the rest of the appeal. And yes, since then I've stopped cheating. While maintaining a life and actually spending time with my girlfriend, I do occasionally play the new game mode of Mace. I am pretty good at it, I would say so myself, and could get low tier 3, but as we speak, I'm currently high tier 5. Doxxing/serious issues.
Second off, I remember Magpie talking about doxxing in one of my previous appeals. I wish to state the series of events and just the background of the information. Firstly, I have no idea when this happened since I have barely any understanding of the scandal anymore. I will only speak of what I remember, and members of the community are free to post more information or talk about it in this thread. So to start off, I'm completely unsure of what people mean by doxxing, so that's why I'm confused about what I've done being labelled as doxxing. I never leaked the players information on a server. Maybe a handful of people knew the person's IP because he himself leaked it to them, sure, just as everyone knows I DDOSed him once over a joke in a game and we all laughed it off. However, the player didn't get DDOSed just once but over a large period of time by another person. The period of time is a week, but I really am unsure because RoseyDeath has told me they were DDOSed for a week, then for a month, and finally for 3 months. So I don't know if Rosey is exaggerating it to make me a worse person, but you get the point. I myself was in the group chat with the player who DDoSed the victim at hand, and if you're seriously going to ask me why I didn't stop him, it is a foolish question. He knew all of my information and could steal my account like he already did to others (I am foreshadowing here, so I will explain that later). If you wish to see the proof of this, I have a multitude of screenshots backing me up on this claim. I genuinely couldn't do anything to stop him, because one, if I did, he would literally leak my own information at hand, and second, it would be wise to assume he would step up the scandal and DDoS the player for a longer amount of time. Since then I haven't involved myself in anything like that and step away from players who do so.
The overall summary you need to understand from the paragraph above is I'm not the one who ddosed the player for a long time nor did I leak any of his information even though I had his IP.

To explain what I foreshadowed before, it is the stealing of Minecraft accounts. The player who DDoS-ed the victim I'm talking about also set up a huge Discord server of bots to make it seem like a legitimate Minecraft server. I myself did not get involved in it even though he offered it to me many times. How it works is there was a verification on the Discord, and you just put your email, your username, and something else but not your password. I have no idea how it worked, but then it gave you a one-time login to the account, and the bot itself automatically changed all the information, including the email and password, to a random string of text. Then the account would be lost and the player would gain it forever. He has done this to upwards of 100 people and felt no remorse for it. He even asked me to ask some of my close friends and some of his to fall for the trap. Since I actually have a soul, I didn't follow and avoided the scandal. I did warn some of the people I knew he would target, like axo or minepro, since I didn't want some of the people in this community to lose their accounts because if you didn't know any better, how would you know such a simple thing could steal your account? That is what I think Magpie meant by the "other stupid things" that he mentioned in my 3rd appeal. If you have any proof or there's something I didn't mention in this paragraph, please do, and I advise you to attach it in the thread below.

I do understand that the amount of time I've spent while being banned, which is over 700 days, is probably not enough to serve my punishment. This appeal is just to clear up any confusion and inform players about the situation or possibly grant my ability to return to Loka. But yes, I am very sorry, and I cannot explain how sorry I am for the actions that I've spoken about before. I would really like to apologise to any players I have harmed while playing Loka or any server, in fact, and I do not expect to be forgiven. I have completely stopped cheating since, and I reset my entire PC a few days ago to ensure I have no hidden clients on my computer. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding within the community, and that concludes my appeal for this period of time.
