In the short time that I've known him, TempestBlood seems to be extremely ambitious here on Loka, and just has the vibe of being one of the more advanced players on the server. He's usually helpful and friendly to new players in public chat. I don't really have a whole lot to say now, other than that he should definitely be a slicer.

I usually see him on later in the day/night. He seemed chill from the times I've talked to him. His town has been nicely progressing in the past few weeks and continues to do so. I'd say he's earned Slicer.

Unfortunately he tends to only play during the later hours of the night. It sucks, but I would say it certainly hasn't stopped him from progressing.
