Recently, I've been wanting to try out building some different styles on Loka, to get back into building for my own town and to improve my skills, and I figured that the best way to do this, would be to open up my building skills to anyone who needs them! !!
What it be?
Thanius' Very Good Construction Inc. is a building company based in Edgewind, come and contact me for any builds you may need or want! Quick and small or big and detailed, I don't care! Waoh!
How it do?
I'm willing to work in 3 different ways to create builds for people;
Schematics: You send me a prompt through discord, and from that prompt, I work with you to create the build you want after receiving the full payment, or half of it, once done, I'll send you the schematic after receiving the rest of the payment.
Build Servers: You give me a prompt and if you have a build server that you want me to build the project on, send me the IP and I'll build it there instead of giving you a schematic, for these builds, I'd prefer to have payment either before or half before and a half after the build is complete.
On Loka: Whilst I'm more likely to be reluctant to do this option, it's still available if, for example, you have a special location you want it in and don't have a build server, what's expected of you if you choose this option, however, is that resources will be provided for the build at the town, and someone is able to get on reliably to add me as a builder in the town, I will not join your town. Payment would be preferred either paid upfront or half before and a half after, and an extra fee for coming to your town will be put on top of the build's cost, the fee varying on how inconvenient it is to reach your town.
Money?!?!
Pricings for builds will vary depending on the project you want me to build, but the minimum for a build will be 8 Diamond blocks, non-negotiable, for a big build/project that will take multiple days/weeks to complete, you can expect a price range of 48 - 192 Diamond blocks.
As mentioned before I will charge an extra fee if you want me to travel to a certain location on Loka to make the build. : oo
I WILL ONLY ACCEPT DIAMOND BLOCKS AS PAYMENT.

Over my time on Loka, I've created a LOT of different builds and refined my skills over years of practice, I'm also a member of Loka's build team, working on projects that will make the server look better than ever, my most well-known projects thus far on Loka have been the Paxan Clocktower which I built with Nickrocky,
most of the War District at Aladra and The Bastion of Patience, which I designed myself.
I don't doubt that sometimes a prompt will sound like too much for me to accept, so please keep your prompts from being incredibly insane, but I'm willing to take up a challenge, so don't hold back UwU!
