We are finally drawing to close our Final Arena Season in this current format. We had paused this season for a long time while we worked out a newer, better format for doing competitive ranked Arena seasons. Now that we have something figured out, we will be closing out our current arena season.
We will be announcing how the format for future seasons work at a later date.
You have until July 14th at 8pm server time to reach your final placements on the Ranked Potion Ladder. Barebones does not count.
Like with the past seasons, and for the last time, only a top # of players in the entire ladder will receive the following rewards:
- 1st Place
- The Exclusive Title of Hero IX
- The Title of Gladiator
- A unique, Season 9-exclusive Hero Battle Helm. These will show in Arenas and in Conquest Battles in replacement of your actual helm using the same tech that we use for Leather Armor, etc.
- 2nd - 5th Place
- The Title of Gladiator
- A unique, Season 9-exclusive Gladiator Battle Helm.
- 6th - 10th Place
- The Title of Duelist
- A unique, Season 9-exclusive Duelist Battle Helm.
To be eligible for these rewards you must have at least 10 games played. Players without enough games played will be culled from the list before top 10 players are tabulated. A reminder that Win Trading is still against the rules and we will be watching. Any players caught doing so will have their arena progress wiped.
This is the last arena season where players earn rewards by being a certain rank in a ladder. There are a lot of problems with this that have been enumerated over the ages, but we felt it was only fair to close out the current season and let people who earned their spots, however long ago, their potential rewards.
Once the Arena Season ends next week, there will be a small break before the new format of Ranked PvP begins while we update all the Cool Things We're Going To Do.
