Things The Market Place Is Missing

The Market place is amazing however they are a few blocks that have been left out of the equation. Post anything here that you want to sell but there is no place for it.

A few things I'd like to be able to buy and sell on the market:

*Hardened Clay
*Lapis Lazuli, Coal (blocks)
*Mob drops (feathers, leather, wool)
*Bones
*String
*Arrows
*Music Discs
*Redstone items (hoppers, repeaters, etc.)
*Decor items (Paintings, item frames, pots)
*Alcohol (from the brewing plugin)
*Enchanted books

I really like the market so far, loved the auctions too but they are so infrequent and when they were actually held few people participated in them. I know the entire list cannot be added to the market, but I feel like adding these items could help lokans broaden their options in the Market and possibly be able to specialize in certain fields (e.g. Farming, Mining, Brewing, Enchanting).

I perhaps forgot to mention this publicly. Brews can be sold at the Pub!

That said, I've added Hardened Clay, Paintings, and Item Frames just now. Good ideas!

I think if we are going to sell wool in the market it would need its own chest to account for all the colors, same with harden clay.

I want to see hay bales in the horse chest, as well as maybe mob heads. I'm not saying the ones that are really rare, but the ones that are really common, like skeleton skulls from grinders.

I thought you could already sell hay bales in the horse market? There is an item frame with hay bale there. I'd like to see mob heads too, though would choose enchanted items over them if I had to choose.

C'mon crypt add enchants to the market, we want them.

I think I agree with opyc on this one. the "rare",enchanted, and harder to come by items(not counting building blocks) should stay in the auction house. However, what should we do with unenchanted armor and tools should that be in the market just in case a town gets a villager that has a good trade for tools?

The last auction happened around 2 months ago, and even that one had a very little turnout. I love the auction house but people participate more in the market than the auction house. I understand that enchanted items are a bit too much to add to the market, I'm pushing for enchanted books to be added.

well 2 months is a long time to go without an auction..... is there a way we could set up a silent auction where everyone can bid on it and then at the end the one who has the highest bid on it after 24 hours wins it? and enchanted books are good but they are a PAIN to enchant anything with atm. plus certain books can be purchased from villagers too.

I like idea of silent auction where items go on sale but i would love to see an auction there.

Things like enchanted gear and heads should stay off the market not only to allow for auctions in the future, but to prevent abuse of the market. If expensive items are allowed on the market it can very easily be abused as storage.

I just tried to sell some brew at the spawn bar but it said that Strong Absinthe could not be sold here even though I was in the hard liquor chest. I tried it with the other chests and it all said the same thing.
