Here comes the R.I.P. Iblis Tournament!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Congrats to Stromgarde, the new capital of Kalros! Well fought, was fun. This tournament will be a little different from our past ones, the biggest changes will be not having a losers bracket and only taking 16 participants. These changes will drastically decrease the amount of time the tournament will take. For the first time we are going to have a Clash of Continents! Details will come later in the post. After the clash we will have a 1v1 pot pvp tournament with the winner fighting ArcherSquid for a chance at the Champion title. Should be a good time!

The Tournament will be held on October 14th at 4pm EST.

The Clash of Continents
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------These fights are meant to be a fun way to kick off the tournament, it will be fun to watch the servers top pvpers go at it! There will only be two best of 1 fights to determine the winner. Each continent capital owner will choose 5 fighters to represent their continent. (The capital owner is not required to be on the team.) Since Ascalon secured world capital this month they will fight the winners of Kalros v. Garama. Submit your 5 participants to me by Oct. 7th and triple check with the ones you choose that they can be present on the day and time the tournament is happening! The winners will receive a golden lored sword which will act as a trophy for the continent that has most recently won the clash, and obviously get to have the bragging rights for winning. The same rules for the 1v1 tournament will apply to the clash. No fee required for this.

The 1v1 Tournament
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Each match will consist of 3 rounds, the first combatant to win 2 rounds wins the match, there will be no losers bracket. Inventory will be kept upon death in the Colosseum. If there is any question of someone breaking the rules during one of the rounds, or if a participant gets disconnected, the round will be repeated with the pots used during the round in question being replenished. If someone is caught breaking a rule with 100% certainty they will be removed from the tournament bracket, not invited back to future tournaments, and their opponent will advance to the next round. The bracket will be randomized. It is your responsibility to have the pots you will need for the entirety of the tournament. If you run out of pots we will not stop the tournament for you to go grab some from home.

Rules
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nothing may be thrown or shot into the fighting grounds from the crowd.
- No fighting each other in the stands.
- Only the previously mentioned items are allowed into the fighting grounds.
- Rounds will not be repeated due to lag.
- Only normal arrows are to be used.
- The only pots allowed into the Colosseum are strength, health, speed, and fire resist.
- Each fight you can use your inventory of pots and nothing else, you may refill in-between fights.

What's Allowed In Fights

- Enchanted bow (no tipped arrows)
- As many health, speed, fire resist, and strength pots as you can carry
- 1 set of enchanted armor
- An unenchanted shield (preferably carrying your towns heraldry) (unenchanted because ResidentSleeper)
- As much food as you can carry
- Turn in shulker boxes of pots before the tournament starts so you can refill between fights, each player can submit 8 shulkers of pots
