Suggestion ticket system to the loka discord?

this is mainly for reporting players and other situations relating to that
sometimes elders don't respond to ppl in dms and it would be much easier just to create a ticket and get support there

/report. You don’t have to dm elders unless you are reporting someone who is doxxing you, bullying you etc. Guardians exist for a reason

for serious cases like that there should be tickets, in the past ive dmmed elders about a situation which they have never responded to (the situation is done)

There's a lot of people messaging every Admin or Elder. The issue is bandwidth, creating a ticket system doesn't fix the issue but just puts it into a new place. Reporting is better.

The reason we don't recommend direct messages is because they're liable to be forgotten and lost. When 4+ people message you daily atleast it's easy to forget who's messaging about what, especially whenever players are constantly changing names.

Reports keeping everything consistent in one area is for the best in my opinion.

In the future we hope to have a report system with its own website where reports can have their own conversation threads so that communicating with players/staff becomes easier and more organized.
