Type /register while in-game to register for a forums account.

Pretty simple but have to that your title is shown in the kill and death messages. Nice way to show off your titles more don’t see any issues with it.

would look a little bad imo, for example i have a very long title "The one and only" and it would flood the chat for one singular kill.
