This suggestion is pretty simple, as most of my suggestions are, so I've been getting back into town jobs as I haven't done it in months, and I was excited to see you could set a perquisite which allowed you to make a minimum prestige needed to do a job, my suggestion is this: allow that same thing to work in the other direction, don't allow people to do a job if they have over a certain amount of prestige. How you could do this is simple, just use a - before a number to say you must be under this to do a job.
