To all those towns who wished to have their own little sliver of land at spawn to advertise for their town, your time is now!
Choose from among 14 currently available plots within the same 'neighborhood'. If you are a town owner, you may find a plot and break the sign within in order to claim that plot. Once you've claimed the plot, you and your town subowners will automatically have permissions to build within the plot's dimensions.
At present, plots are free, but in order to keep them from going stale and to keep towns that never use them from getting plots forever, we will implement a system (yet to be determined) to help make sure the plots stay in use and fresh.
