Town Area

Now, this is a small suggestion. Let's say town area is the term for the area where your town members can create buildings and destroy blocks without falter, can lock doors, etc, and non-members can't unlock doors, can't destroy blocks, etc in that area. The main area of a town.
What I suggest is that for every thirty territories the town has, the owner can decide to add an additional town area that's connecting to your main one, with a feature to show which territory you want to convert into a town area, giving the town more space. However, this will add costs to the town (50 or 100 I suppose). However, you will lose the town area if the amount of territories you've gained is below the required amount, and you have twenty four hours to get it back above the required amount or those town areas are converted back to normal territories.

This Idea was discussed before. It would be nice to have some sort of Homestead you are able to create using shards or territory points... I personally love the Idea; it opens up a lot of possibilities in lore!

Agree, and also it is such a shame we can't do anything useful with Sickholm I would easily give +50 shards/day for it

Would you actually live in these areas? Seems pretty damn risky to actually keep stuff in these territories if they can be lost so easily. Besides, if you're at a point where you're running out of room in the already huge territory you get as a town, you should probably consider splitting off into a new town and just allying.

But what about the lore? D:

Yeah but this would suck since at least for now allies cannot build or be given permission to do so in their friend's territories, also for being protected like home territories they are just as safe

I think +50 shards per day price is both fair and logical since that is the cost for a town with no territories, so you can assume that the cost to keep a home territory running is 50 shards per day

If that's the issue then wouldn't your suggestion fix that and more? Wouldn't it make a lot more sense to just get that implemented?

I'd also worry that a change like this would make Conquest too serious. As it stands now, you fight sporadically during the month and if you're the top town on your continent you get some cool perks. People's attitudes towards Conquest would change dramatically if you were also literally fighting to keep half your town in existence.

I would be fine if any of the suggestions got aproved and having conquest as a more serious thing could prove rly interesting
