Suggestion Town Fall Dispersal

Allow a town's escrow chest and shards, if any, to be added to the VS chest dispersal. For example, if a town falls due to inactivity, let the remaining TGen balance and unclaimed Escrow be sent to random storage containers throughout the tile.

I could agree with the escrow chest being part of the Void Split, but shard sinks are a good idea and having them lost forever is a good idea.

btw, i know this isnt really the place to ask but is there a forms post on how the loot spread works? Im still completely clueless on how to raid towns that have died because of said loot spread.

I believe it falls when less than 3 actives for a month (though certain towns are exempt from this).
