Hey.
Snow settling is very annoying when you are using schematics to build because the snow counts as a block, and therefore you wont be able to see what block you have to place there without breaking the snow. This gets very annoying after a while because the snow keeps falling and settling on what you are building, it will also fall and cover natural spawning blocks that you haven't placed, so you wont know if the correct block according to the schematic is there or not. This is only a problem for towns in winter-areas. Therefore i suggest that town owners should be able to disable snowfall, or at least snow settling.
