Title is pretty straightforward, but I believe that town strikes should expire after some time (1-2yrs) as it seems unfair to have an incident from multiple years ago affect how you run towns today. Just throwing this idea into the stratosphere, let me know what y'all think.

+1 I completely agree, If town strikes are meant to correct behavior, they should have a shelf life. holding something from years ago over a town’s head doesn’t really reflect how it’s being run today. An expiration window like 1 to 2 years feels reasonable and encourages improvement instead of permanent punishment

+1 atleast changing the amount of strikes / or after a certain amount of time renewing them atleast

It's usually something we look at on a case by case basis anyways and isn't some hardcore requirement. The rule is mostly a stopgap to save us admins time and pain when it comes to people who are careless owners.
