Suggestion Town Trading (Industry?)

I think that there should be a town trading system/industry for large transactions between multiple towns, using the town balance/void storage for these transactions. This would promote towns making big trades with each other, and would help immensely with big trades for modding materials. It would have a similar design to the market, however, it would be between towns instead of players themselves. It would also promote towns trading with each other, rather than individual people throwing items around and gathering resources on their own.

Shulkers boxes are already a really dense storage. Is trading 27 stacks of items per inventory slot really not sufficient?

When doing massive transactions (even with shulkers around) it would be more convenient to be able to have towns fulfilling orders of other towns, and buying from other towns. It seems redundant, but, if someone wants massive amounts of steak, for example, it makes sense to do this.

With the sheer amount of items either marked with "Implement in future" or in the works behind the scenes, how often would people need to trade in such large amounts that implementing this feature would be worth the time invested to code such a thing?
Sure I imagine there'd be those rare occasions where such a feature for incredibly bulk trading would be worth it but without even getting into the logistics of the feature there are so many more important things I'd like to see added first. The investment to create compared to the functionality it gives just isn't worth it
