why am i banned: Avoid SS/Macro

While I was playing on the server, I was pulled into the control around 1 am at night time with the suspicion of macro, while I was dueling as usual, reiwa told me to come to the control and wait, when I was taken into control 15 minutes later, when I tried to download edge from the browser, I could not download it because of the antivirus program, reiwa said he would find a solution, my friend lightanddark from the game told me to take a ss while I was in the game to keep the memory, when I took the ss, my computer shut down for some unknown reason, at that time I was using the amd 5 5600 processor, this processor was 4. 4 and I had increased it to 4.9, so there could be occasional cramps, freezes and such errors, one of these events happened while taking control and I was banned from avoiding ss I do not think the decision was wrong, what had to be done was done, I promise to be more careful in such matters from now on, I apologize to all loka people and authorized staff, I believe that a sufficient period of time has passed and I promise that such a thing will not happen again.
