Hello, My account get flagged as an alt of traqsoul, I tried to clear things up in ticket but staff told me to appeal here, After talking with traqsoul we found out that we're living in the same city and we have the same internet provider that cause having similar IP's. We are both playing on hotspot and our IP's are changing like everyday and any single customer of this internet provider might get the same IP as I had before. In June i was able to join Loka without getting flagged as alt, i played couple duels and I left, then maybe a week ago i got friends request on discord from traqsoul, he dm'ed me about the situation and i just want to say that I'm not his alt, we haven't knew eachother before this.
