Hello my name is Simpl3e and I got banned for "illegal mods" on 11/9/24. I want to begin by apologizing for my actions and my poor decisions of using those mods. At that time I wasn't aware of the rules against specific mods and that's why I used them. I understand now that those mods were unfair advantages against other players and it was ruining their experience along with blatantly disobeying the server's rules. I was playing ranked duels and I got frozen by a staff member that required me to SS because he had the suspicion that I was using unfair mods. I told the staff member from the start that I do have mods like mouse tweaks and freecam and he responded to me saying that those mods are forbidden. I also told the staff member that I wasn't aware of the rules and I cooperated nicely with the staff member. I believe I should be unbanned because I learned from my mistakes and I am now aware of the rules of Loka. I hope this appeal finds you well and thank you for considering it!
