I was going through the painful process of updating my mods today getting ready for Loka's grand update from 1.13.2 to 1.15.2, I've very quickly discovered to get schematic and Optifine running simultaneously is a pain and I don't want others experiencing pain while trying to fix their mods either so here's this forum thread!
If you've never modded before I recommend browsing Youtube to learn the basics etc, this thread isn't by any means a full guide on modding, this thread just has all the links to the mods you need and a quick summary of what each mod does.
Fabric essentially runs all your mods and makes things work, download the installer at this website and it should instruct you how to get fabric on your PC.
(Everything here should just be thrown into your mc mod folder)
Fabric API Support mod for Fabric
MaLiLib Needed for Litematica to function
Litematica This one's pretty self-explanatory, this is the actual Litematica that allows you to make fancy schematics etc.
OptiFabric This mod essentially makes it so you can run Optifine on Fabric.
Optifine Here you can download Optifine, allows you to zoom, doubles your FPS and helps you run texture packs like Loka+. As of making this post Optifine for 1.15.2 is currently in its preview version, if you can't see it on the download list look at the top of the page for "Preview Versions" and find the version listed as Optifine 1.15.2. Once you've installed the latest version of Optifine you need to run it with Java and then you should see two buttons to "Install" and "Extract", you're gonna want to extract the files into your mods folder so Optifine runs as a mod with Litematica.
Help I can't see fabric in my launcher!?!?! After installing fabric make sure to go to your mc launcher and go across the top tabs to find "Installations". Click "New..." and now look at the box for "version" On the drop-down menu you're looking for something along the lines of "fabric 1.15.2", you should know when you see it. the name of the installation can be anything you want then click "Create" and fabric should be ready to launch at the bottom of the launcher.
If you have all of these and do things right Litematica and Optifine should be working, if you want to download more mods after this to make your life easier then stop right there buster you're breaking Loka's rules. Go read up on what mods are permitted smh
