Suggestion Using block logging to see if a note block tune has been changed, checking who changed the ticks on a repeater

So we in Vinovia are making a large note block contraption that can play a bunch of songs, and sometimes the tune gets messed up and we would want to know who did it and when it happened. So this would be a good feature to add, along with who changed the tick on a repeater.

As a fellow redstoner I feel this would be super useful, but also keep in mind how easy it is for someone to right-click something without realising so still don't just rely on this one system
