Make it so when you bonemeal on grass theres a chance for flowers to spawn just like vanilla, flowers are so boring to grind for no reason

Flowers do spawn with bonemeal, but will only grow flowers native to the biome you're in.

it never spawned one for me even though i was in a biome where certain flowers could spawn, maybe its bugged?
