Type /register while in-game to register for a forums account.

So, I recently experienced a glitch which blocked me from voting for a cap to get extra policies, My suggestion is to add a command such as /g vote cap . This would come up with the which capital would you like to vote for message.

Or we could just fix the bug that blocked you from voting for a cap. You just have to report it.
