This is probably not news to most of you but we have decided to stop using a TeamSpeak server for Loka. There are a large variety of reasons for this, not the least of which is that Discord is both free, does not reside on any Lokan servers (so shouldn't draw on the website and make it slow anymore), and is also very clean, easy to pick up, powerful, sounds better than TS, and we can tie it into Loka very well.
Coming soon, towns will be able to link their town chats to Discord in a private way and link their user accounts such that they'll be able to communicate with discord and back at any time on any device (browser, desktop app, phone). In short, members of your town not on Loka will still be able to talk to members in-game.
Sorry about the 'sudden switch', but it was in a way fortuitous. It was also not part of an evil plan, despite some conspiracy theories out there ;P
