I just kind of dumped this out of the server console so I didn't take any time to format it, but this should be the current list of 'what grows where'. I leave it as an exercise to the reader to organize and/or port to the Wiki
If an item is listed under any of the regions, then it's a restricted item. If not listed, it can grow anywhere. The only thing unlisted i think is just that Sugar Cane only grows in River Biomes.
