When we get hexcodes for lore?

I definitely want to see this for pretty much everything on Loka (from lore items, to town NPC names, as well as town titles.) Although small, still would be really nice to have.
There are plans to add a 'premium lore scroll' which would allow players to use hexcodes on lored items. The hope is this will come with some form of web editor to allow people to create them in their browser and import it in-game (as it is very not fun to try and build them ingame when you include hexcodes). I can't give a date for these yet as our priority and focus is still on sharding the server and I doubt a web editor is going to be a 5-minute job.
A web editor makes sense because of the length of hexcodes and I understand not that much thought has gone into it so I would understand if it is not known at the moment but it seems "premium lore scrolls" will cost more orbs and if yes how many more?
hexcodes would be nice to have extra colors, maybe like 600-700 orbs for the ability to have it. and being able to upgrade the lore scroll on current swords would also be nice aswell.
