This has been appealed before, but I'll do it again because if there is any Nomad that deserves Slicer it's Wolfegger.
He is active on both the forums and on the server. From what I've seen he is mature and cheery, and is always happy to greet and/or help the new players. He has been with the server for a while now and knows his way about. And the builds I've seen from him on both the old map and this one are excellent.
