I used to play loka with my account named V4lta and I took a long break and now I want to start loka again with my friends, but since I lost the email and password of my account named V4lta, I no longer have access to this account, so now I bought an mc account named xValta from my friend, but since someone from this account was previously banned from the sub-account, this account appears to be banned from loka.
-Secondly, I can assure you that no one has access to this account, I changed everything and now no one can access this account, so it is completely mine.
In short, normally I was not banned when I was on my own account, I just took a break from loka, but now the account I have is banned from loka and for this I am opening an appeal for this account

Before some people ask why you took the old account instead of getting a new account, I should mention this.
