Whilst this take is completely valid, considering the Loka appeal system it would be unfair for him to wait three months, only to have his appeal responded to around 3 months after that.

I dont think you can base someones apology based on the time he appealed. "Enlarged ego" is an extremely common issue that even you yourself suffer with. Its extremely common for people to claim "i dont care about loka" after their ban.

To reduce his efforts with a post that despite you may not have intended to be dismissal it is easily interpreted negatively.

I will neither -1 or +1 but this is just a PSA that the stuff you say does influence people and can be misinteprreted

I think u got it wrong. Many People who appeal tend to try to apologize right after they get banned, or right before they appeal. And I understand I also too have a ego but I don't think that's relevant here, He stated in his appeal he used all 6 months to reform himself. (which really is not true as I said)

Im not understanding though by "reducing his efforts" my clear opinion sways toward him being away from loka longer, But ultimately I wouldn't -1 or +1 As It would not have a affect becauses the loka admins decision above anyones. And I hope people take my entire message into consideration. I pointed out the positives and negatives.
