I didn’t know you guys were down bad that much on arguing with communities that speak a different language. If his English is decent enough to understand and the community he speaks the language of understands him well too, I think he’d be a great Sentry. The only reason I could see coming for him not being awarded with sentry is because he is currently banned (even though the reason and way it happened was scummy). I personally do not think it should be taken in account here looking at the stuff I heard about it.

wym scummy he literally got banned for taking stuff he brought with him to that town, I was in the town a few days b4 he had gotren banned and most of the stuff there was bc of him and people who moved there
 
obv doesn't know the rules well enough to avoid getting banned lmaoaomaomaomaomaoamaom (+0 wait to get unbanned)
 
Also, lets clear out some misconceptions you didn't steal stuff thats only yours you took all the pearls, all the heads and a lot of other stuff. dont act like you only took stuff you grinded..... you robbed da entire town + pot storage

To begin with I took all the pearls, I took shulkers to empty the brew mats which I returned if I wanted to do town betrayal I wouldn't have returned them another thing I took the stuff of others obviously I wasn't going to leave the stuff of my friends who couldn't connect I gave it all to 98d_ that's why he was banned too because he "Assisting Town Betrayall" and the potions I only used to go to the conquest I never went to the end nor died but my friends got the materials that's why I took them.

you took all the brew mats (The important stuff)
How is that not town betrayal? if you took like a row of each piece and some other stuff i would understand but its just very blatant town betrayal.

Did you even read what I said? I said the reason he got banned was scummy (if he only took his own loot)
 
This thread shouldn't be a discussion of 3D3R's town betrayal ban. That's irrelevant to an application for Sentry as this is not a ban appeal. All that should matter is that he is tempbanned for town betrayal, not the nature of why. If he or any of you wish to argue this 3D3R will need to appeal his ban. To add, the fact that he hasn't made an appeal may also say something about the situation as a whole.

Applying for Sentry while being banned, surely that can be a topic of discussion. It would be weird not to mention he's banned, just because this isn't a ban appeal. Justified ban or not.
 
I think 3d3r has a lot of the qualities of a sentry. I am also a big fan of adding more Spanish speakers to the staff team. You are always friendly and is knowledgable about the server. However given the situation of being temp banned during a Sentry application that ban needs to be looked at. Town betrayals can be sticky and because of how much you bring to the table I think you should be given the chance to contribute more to Loka and the staff team.

I have ALWAYS enjoyed speaking with Eder and I feel as if Eder has such a bright future on Loka and I believe that Loka would definitely benefit from a multilingual Sentry, and that it would greatly benefit the community/staff team. It's a very valuable skill to possess as a staff team, as well as the deep community ties that Eder has as a Community Representative. Yes, the ban that Eder served did NOT help with the Sentry application, but I believe that as the rules are a bit foggy about town betrayal I think that it could be seen as a one off. I'm going to +1 as I believe that Eder would make a fine Sentry.
