From what I've seen recently, 3D3R is someone that is very deserving of the slicer rank. I consistently see him helping people in both spanish and english chat which not many have the ability to do. He is active, seems to get along with most people, and I have not personally see him be toxic towards anyone. He is a good dude to have on the server and I think he should be slicer.
