What you think is expected of this rank: They are members of the server moderation team and are responsible for maintaining order and safety on the server. Their responsibilities include monitoring the chat and the game, detecting and sanctioning violations of server rules helping players who have problems or questions and resolving conflicts between players. It is important to keep in mind that being a Guardian can also be demanding and time consuming to solve different activities.
Why you think you should become this rank: Treat all players fairly and impartially, regardless of their skill level or experience in the game. I will continue to learn about the server and how to handle moderation situations effectively. It would help maintain order and safety on the server which can improve the gaming experience for all players. Im interested in the role and believe I have the skills to fill it, it can be a rewarding and enriching experience.

Cuando hablas de admin estas hablando de palabras mayores, y creo que jugar 24/7 no te hace estar preparado para eso, necesitas un poquito más.(No en mala obviamente, opiniòn objetiva)

Creo y por lo cual me postule fue para poder ayudar a las personas de habla hispana con mayor facilidad que no lo hace un hablante nativo por otra parte el ingles lo entiendo, se que algunas palabras no muy frecuentes no, pero como en este caso el Sentry me ayudo para tener un vocabulario más amplio, igual que si pasaría con el Guardián, el estar mas tiempo escuchando, hablando y leyendo me ayudaría.

Digo lo mismo que lucas para ser honesto, creo que para ser guardian siendo hispano deberias dominar ambos idiomas, no al 100 pero poder establecer una conversacion normal y frecuente, pero eres muy buen candidato a guardian, tienes todo para serlo. +0

Para mantener una conversación no se me dificulta demasiado, pueda que aveces si pero no es siempre

That’s a huge step-up in terms of responsibilities, not to mention you’re still rather young. I mean Silent is around the same age and he’s been a Sentry far longer and has had Guardian Apps turned down.
