Add a /alliance members (alliance), that works the same like /town members (town), to view all members in a alliance

I personally think you don't need to see all of their names (or everyone, there are way too many players in alliances it would mess up your whole chat), you can already check how many players your alliance has online by doing /c ranks and hovering over your alliance and I believe that's enough.
