I’ve known him for a very long time and I firmly believe he would never cheat. It’s clear his computer crashed, and as someone else said, his laptop was given to him by the government so it’s obviously not great. I would give him the benefit of doubt and unban him for this one time.

We had a bunch of evidence from our anti-cheat systems that you were hacking. We froze you and you 'crashed' when anydesk was opened. This counts as avoiding a screen share and we are confident from anti-cheat logs that you were hacking anyway so we will not be lifting this ban.
