Ban Reason : Avoiding SS
Hello,
I'm writing this appeal regarding my ban for avoiding ss on anydesk, I understand that this is a serious issue and I respect why it's enforced, Though I want to explain in detail what happened from my side because I didn't intentionally avoid the ss.
When I was asked to screenshare, I did not refuse at any point I only highlighted that I only had 5 mins on myself and Was required to leave urgently therefore I emphasized that I do not've the time to ss, regardless of my situation I decided to stay instead of leaving because I wanted to complete the screen share
While the events trespassed, my game unfortunately crashed. This wasn't due to intentional and a total accident out of my control, I am from india and the server is hosted in North America, which means I constantly've to encounter with high ping and an unstable connectivity, Due to said reasons I often encounter lag spikes and crashed, Due to this crash occuring at the first possible time ever I was put in a situation where it seemed like I refused the ss and left the server to avoid being screen shared.
I understand how it might've appeared to the staff as I mentioned above regardless of that If my intent was to avoid the screen share I wouldn't've stayed for the ss nor agreed to it nor comply with the staff. I only want to portray my side of the story from and what actually occured from my side.
The situation was intesne, the few minutes while I had to urgently leave + a completely new experience for myself was very stressful regardless of all of that, I chose not to leave and cooperated. The crash was unintentional ( I even've the logs )
I fully abide the rules that loka and the staff are there to enforce and I understand that the decision from the staff's perspective was clear and quick and I am not here to argue about that. I just wish for my specific case to be looked at, more carefully.
