Suggestion Add a cooldown to how frequently a crystal can be used

Title says it all, One player shouldn't be able to spam crystals over and over while staying alive. This can be fixed by either adding a cooldown to the obsidian block a crystal can be placed or add a cooldown to the player (either way works).

You can simply avoid it, it's not hard.
You can pearl, they can not (assuming they are turtle mastered and aren't suiciding you)
They are limited to only using this strategy far away from the objective (arguably the area both sides of the team should be fighting)
So my consensus is the people being punished and who are more than likely the ones annoyed by this are the lesser intelligent kill chasing people I scream at in VCs during fights

Fight on objective
fight with your team
avoid man with obsidian
fight on objective so he cant even use obsidians
life is good.
