Suggestion Add a title for top RiptideRecord swimmer

I think if there is title for the fastest swimmer of the month or something and they get a title

+1, but maybe not for the fastest of the month, rather make it work like Champion, where only one person has it, and whenever the time gets beaten, the new fastest swimmer get it, and the previous one loses it
also yall could add some titles for the parkours at spawn
