The Wiki is largely outdated. /help is meant to serve a similar function, but in a more modernized, stomachable manner.
Perhaps still worth considering regardless, but the Wiki has definitely been superceded by the help menu.

What would you say the wiki has that /help doesnt, i've read through the wiki a bit but never found anything groundbreaking there
Presently it has a lot of the specifics of Conquest (policies, tgen/inhib breakdowns, modules). In-game /help still has a long way to go but the Wiki would remain the place for deep details/lore/quests if the players wished to update it.
okay but imagine custom loka wiki where players could apply (like with translations) and with like a panel with the new updates (just like in-game prompt that was added recently)

The Wiki is already free for people to edit and update pages on.
