Good day Lokans,
I am here today to suggest that Loka make a slight change regarding the wood that is used on the servers' many trees around the continents. The use of the “Wood” blocks compared to the standard “Logs” on the unique trees around the map has become a real inconvenience for builders. I feel like it would be an appropriate “quality of life” update that could really benefit the players, that does not change the value of different types of wood from the 3 continents. Having to rely strictly on Industries to get logs for your build is a huge pain and causes many interruptions when in the process of building.
I am suggesting that the composition of loka trees be altered to 50% log blocks, 50% wood blocks. I think half and half would be appropriate because I still believe that the wood blocks are a slight staple of the unique trees on Loka.
If this change isn’t quite your cup of tea, I wanna also suggest that maybe a trader could be implemented at spawn that can convert your wood blocks into logs. I think that an appropriate price could be 1 log block for every 2 wood blocks, since it doesn’t feel right for an NPC to offer this service for free. (making this service cost shards would be really punishing for builders too

I know that these solutions aren’t really perfect and Loka is a very PvP-focused server now, but I feel like this would be an insignificant change to Loka that rewards the hard-working builders of this server and encourages more amazing builds to be constructed!
