hey loka community and staff
let me begin this with a formal apology and clarification that I do not intend to justify my actions whatsoever in this appeal.

I was muted four months ago on the 27th of January, I was permanently muted for what I believe to be my first ever official mute (other then a 5 minute mute which I believe was for spamming)

i recieved a warning prior to my mute however I was not awake at the time, when I opened the zyre skyman book thing it said I had been warned and then muted with no gap for me to see the warn beforehand.
I am fairly sure Ive only had one warning for calling someone fat in like 2024.

that being said, warnings or not I was not a calm player, i would often trashtalk and complain after dying esp about my ping.
I realise the harmfulness of my words and the fact that as much as people like to joke about it there is someone behind the screen who is affected by my messages.
I am truly sorry rysiawest for everything I have said to you and everybody else.
I hope that it can be found to forgive me and lift my mute so I can engage in the loka community.

yeah and all of the screenshots that i’ve sent (saying a minor could have been the kirk shooter, calling people disabled after losing a ranked match, calling people predators at *****GANK***** isle, saying people who beat him in ranked are bottom 5 scumbags on the earth) show that he has previously said so much toxic and disgusting things that it definitely has not been long enough for an unmute. someone who lets LOKA control so much of his emotions should not be unmuted for a while!
