DESCRIPTION: Vulkan is a brand new Vulkan based rendering engine to Minecraft in order to bring performance and graphical improvements, but even new features that are only possible thanks to the new graphics APIs.
REASON: Vulkan is one of the best optimization mods available at the moment. I believe it should be allowed on loka for 2 reasons. It doesn't offer any competitive advantage and it's currently the best optimization mod available.(In my case i get nearly 3 times more fps than i would normally get with the classic sodium+lithium combination)

Given they're beginning to transition Minecraft to use Vulcan by default in 26.2, there's no issue with using this.

Performance mods, including the one you're suggesting, are already broadly allowed. Refer to the "Allowed Mod Features Addendum" section on the list of approved mods thread.
