Another complaint, this one on town titles

I have noticed that with a recent update came the inability to change your own / other people's title equal to or greater than yourself, including yourself. This means I am unable to change my own title. I would like this to change. It is extremely annoying to not be able to change your own title, even if you have title permission.

I remember once, before those permissions were a thing and only owners and subowners could change titles, my title in Dellsmite was "Jon Snooooow" for like a month because Laz refused to change it. Ahh, memories.
