Apealing for Ban LordHutch!

I was Just recently Banned for Fly Hacking? and Breaking Blocks in another person town? When I was asked if I was hacking and had anything to say in defense I responded with a slight question mark, Because I had absolutely no idea what was going on. He then told me that I was using fly hacking to fly up ladders.. I replied with I don't know what's going on and was banned immediately no evidence shown to me.
In my defense if I in fact had Creative powers somehow (which I do not) why would I use it to fly up ladders.. This angered me a bit because this was my only and favorite Minecraft server I played on with friends and without it, im left without a server to play with my friend such as (CookielVonsta) and (Footballman) and (derp).
When I was accused of Hacking I was with cookie about to go mine some obsidian getting ready for the update reset which I was so excited for.. I was not flying at all.
Now for the breaking blocks in another town, I've only been in solitude (Which I am apart of) I don't know if the admin was just confused and thought I wasn't apart of it.
Now If I can be shown some evidence of me doing these things I will accept my ban no question asked.. and if unban me you can monitor me for however long you want to, to make sure im not doing these things.. which I think you shouldn't have to because u guys probably have better things to do then to look at my screen but you guys can if you want to. I hope you guys look into my case because this server meant a lot to me.

I will look into this for you. We have logs of every block break so that should be easy enough to prove and disprove. The flying is more difficult, there are many client side plugins that allow players to fly up walls as well as fly outright. I will speak with the admins and see what you were officially banned for and get back to you.

I was the admin who banned, and I saw him flying. Adder was with me at the time so he can give his word on the matter too. As well as this crypt said he saw him flying through the console, so I suppose we could get that posted if possible for more evidence.

Whenever we see this kind of spamming in the server console, it is almost always indicative of flying. We've seen this in the last couple days for another player caught flying and it was because of this that I directed the admins to watch you.

In addition, with regards to you breaking blocks we had tools that indicated you had broken blocks in the town Central. You claim you have never been anywhere but solitude. This cannot be the case, our tools don't lie.
