Hello everyone, I appreciate you reading my appeal and I hope that this is taken into consideration.
A few months ago, when I didn't really play Loka, I thought it would be funny to talk shit in the public chat to people I didn't like. A few months later, I started playing t he server. I learnt a lot about Loka and one thing I learned is that toxicity is not tolerated and rightfully so. I realise now, that what I did was not okay regardless of the fact that I didn't play and since the perm mute I have taken time to think about why that was wrong and I completely agree with the fact that I was in the wrong. I hope that an un-mute or a shortened mute is considered because it is hard to communicate in public chat and guide chat when I need help and I promise to everyone in the community that such actions would not be committed again. Thank you for reading my appeal, again, I truly am sorry and this is not just an appeal, it is a genuine apology. Thank you.

To start this off, I got no personal beef with api at all or anything, but it really doesnt seem like hes changed all that much from saying slurs and being really toxic. He hasn't been toxic to me personally but he has been toxic to alot of my friends that I know in the community. Doesn't really seem right to make an appeal for a unmute when your still the person you were before, it will just cause your unmute to be alot longer, and your chance at getting a unmute alot smaller. For starters I'd stop saying slurs and just try to be less toxic as a whole, then come back months later with a good appeal and then you'd have a good chance at getting a unmute. -1 for now, if you actually improve yourself, maybe a +1 in the future. I hope you dont see this as a form of slander or anything, because I got nothing against you personally, it's just I dont think you've changed all that much.

1. I've known apigale for many months (starting in january on a towny server called NewEarth), throughout my time knowing him he's been the largest dickhead I've ever met in my time playing on MC. He's said many racial slurs to me and lots of obscenities (chink being the most popular)
2. While Apigale sounds sincere, he is mainly doing it because he wants to retaliate against people who talk down on him/people Apigale hates. For example, I have posted a video where he messaged me during a friendly kill farm reins after I was 5v1'd in core saying "chink" to me, remind you that I never said anything to him in the first place.
3. Apigale has a pattern of toxicity throughout his time on PvP servers, ever since late october 2021 (geneva siege, a old perspective into his toxicity) and the 16th of august 2021, he's had a very recognizable legacy of toxicity throughout all servers, Loka was no different when he was perm muted the first time. Apigale will never change, he's been at this for years.
4. If apigale really wanted help in guide chat, can't he ask his other town members to ask the same questions? It is not difficult to use basic social skills.
5. All of the +1's are from mostly people who fought with him in mutual alliances, leading to the possibility of biased opinions.
6. Sure, I'm a biased opinion because I hate apigale, he's never taken the time to be a functioning person and keep their mouth shut. But, the screenshot and evidence never lies.
So yes, I don't think he should be unmuted.

not bias, I just haven't seen any toxicity from him in the past month or so might be that I'm not within the towny community anymore / not actively playing any towny servers so from my point of view hes not been as toxic as he appears to be on them, he is quite kind to me within dms and stuff like that so I +1'd as it genuinely looked like he deserved a second chance to me. Plus the videos you linked of him being toxic would be before his actual perma mute date I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) Though that doesn't discredit any proof of slurs or toxicity said after the mute date.
