-1 My last interaction with ringo on discord was him being adamant on not making a return to loka and then proceeding to leave the alliance discord as a couple leadership members including myself found his input as a banned player useless, now anyone can change their mind but shortly after he left he had pursued his own server. He had even griefed the alliance discord by spamming the invite links to his new server in all channels right before he had left. I have no idea as to what the state of the server is behind the scenes now other than the fact the IP no longer works and that when it was online it was very laggy to an unplayable point. I think there is no coincidence between "Europa" not working out and you writing this appeal. This is not my problem though, just because the server didn't workout doesn't mean you shouldn't have a chance to appeal. My -1 lies behind you not mentioning the server at all in this appeal even though you had devoted a lot of time to it and had even copied the Loka discords format in your own discord including the logo. I recall you even promoting it by stating it was a better loka. You speak on how your intentions are to "help, and not hinder the community" but I challenge the veracity of it.
I think you’re confusing umc with Europa. Europa was a quest driven server, but it blew up months ago now. I make a server practically every 4-5 months that results in a big population n a massive war but sizzles out pretty quickly. This time, a rival server owner struck down all our domains, and, by the time we could get it back up, ppl had moved on. The reason I’m appealing now is unrelated to the server dying, as it has to have been at least two months ago now. I did leave mostly anything related to loka because it was getting draining and toxic, which I’m sure you agree our discord was at the time.
I planned not to return because there wasn’t anything left to return to at the time. I went back out with my bros after lockdown was lifted, but stayed in contact with a couple of ppl in the community who convinced me to reappeal n base with them around a week back.
I also reject any notion that it was in anyway related to loka or copied its logo. It’s logo was literally a troll face with EU on top of it. It was also a 1.9 factions server which shared no mechanics or mentioned loka whatsoever, and I definitely didn’t call it a better version of loka, because they’re too dissimilar to compare. I also didn’t copy the discord at all, and I can post a screenshot of it currently if you need one.
I understand the confusion and respect your opinion either way, but by your logic I would’ve reappealed like a 1-2 months now back when it died. I left because it was too toxic n and draining to keep our alliance together, and now that it’s completely imploded, I think I could see myself having fun again with other people.

Europa was the server you had ping spammed the discord with and I have no clue what UMC is.
I was recalling everything from memory and after looking through mutual discords I can see I was incorrect when it came to you copying loka and I apologize for that. In my search though I had also found some comments you had regarding loka and its community within this last month. By no means is this a witch hunt, simply me typing your name and "loka" in a mutual servers index.
Less then a month ago you speak of alting.
On a side note we presumably see one of your "old friends" who appears to be turning their head. Although lemon said "I don't condone" we see him saying "Opps here" most likely giving you permissions to a leadership channel to share your plans privately. I can't see enough to prove that lemon had no problem with the idea of you alting but im confident that if you did alt lemon would fail to report it. You even use the term "spic" a highly offensive and derogatory word. Regardless this isnt about lemon its about you, it took me less then 5 minutes to find all this. On top of everything else it seems a sentry was leaking chats to you. You can argue that you were "joking" but I still strongly believe your intentions have not changed since your initial ban.
Once again all this was 3 weeks ago.

After thinking about this for a while i am gonna +1 this cus ive only had one bad instance with ringo and it was just with discord crash gifs in requium discord. Either way seems like a good guy and i have never been in a vc with him but he just sounds like he wants to come back but be a better person this time
Staff asked me to clarify what I was talking about in a private chat on the old RP discord because I said that I needed a “Spanish script to swat some Mexican” to lufer around when the RP discord was going to get deleted. I sent the full logs to a sentry who asked, but I figured out who reported it because the only person that was staff in the chat was Sheldon. No one “leaked” anything, they asked me to explain why I was talking about swatting even though I had said I would stop. Having a staff member and alliance leader report what was obviously a joke about someone who wasn’t on loka was what I was complaining about in the above pic, and I still think it was pretty wrong to crop out logs in a private chat alliance to make it seem like I was talking about doing something illegal when in reality I was joking about someone who was doxxing me, had leaked my actual full home address and had sent personal info to several people. I think there was some misunderstanding. I mentioned that incident in this thread. Saying slurs obviously isn’t appropriate, but it was a private clan discord, and the person in question not only was constantly ddosing me but now has leaked my home address, phone number, name and was threatening to swat me, which affects my safety and my families. I had mentioned this several times in chat that I was being victimized by said person and was constantly being knocked offline. A slur obviously isn’t acceptable but it was in a private clan discord completely unrelated to loka, about someone who was threatening to swat my family home. Not really the type of person I would be talking on loka with! Frankly, none of it had anything to do with loka period as the person who has been harassing me is unrelated to MC entirely.
Anyone who knows me knows that I say a lot of random stuff when I’m memeing . It’s fair to question my intent on saying something like that so recently; espc on alting which I did in the past, but in reality I haven’t attempted to bypass in months and even longer since I actually have bypassed or played anything on the server itself. I was being toxic in the above photo, but if you were dealing with the same harassment, threats, and invasion of real world privacy over discord drama, you’d be pretty pissed as well. Staff also have banned the unis IP I live at it already (as it’s where I’ve been playing), so it’s not like going back to college would even let me alt anyhow. You better than most would know that I haven’t been doing anything remotely related to alting in recent months. You, along with all of our ex leadership, were in our alliance leadership chats where I had previously discussed what my alts were and that I had stopped months back now. In fact, you also knew what my alts were during late December/Jan along with the rest of RP leadership and didn’t report it, which was what lemon was banned for. Lemon literally has the same history of assisting my alting and not reporting that all the leaders with the exception of Jammin does, as All of you knew what alts I was on, and would let me into your towns before I fought. You knew who Obeys was and fought with me in rivi and elsewhere. Lemon did as much as any1 in our leadership did and it’s unfair to insinuate that he is somehow alone in that and would ever repeat it when you yourself knew aswell. There’s even a video I put out of me that had a clip of me and you dueling when I was on an alt. Bizzare.
I respect your opinion and I’m not trying to say that you’re lying or saying it’s wrong to say I shouldn’t be let back. I assume you also didn’t know the full context of the drama I was referring to, which would make it look like staff were leaking something to me. To come at lemon, when you and all ex and current RP leadership did just as much as he did, but just didn’t get punished, is hypocritical. I have not, am currently not, and will not in the future alt on Loka because Lemon would get permad, along with other reasons. I’ve stated this many times to you and others. It was even a point of contention in RP that I had stopped alting permantly because it would mean my input in leadership would become useless as an someone who wasn’t even playing the server anymore. In fact you mentioned this in your first post

I have stopped alting and even if I wished to continue alting, I frankly don’t have the means or the will. I did joke about it 3 weeks ago but, by your own words, you should know that it wasn’t real, and that my “uselessness” was a result of me not playing anymore.

Seeing as how if I wouldn't report it I'd be permanently banned because he did it in the past, I would report it thank you very much. And for that reason he hasn't alted since. don't bring me into your vendetta against pingo you opp.
Also joven has more perms in that discord then I do so if you think there's some secret channel ask him.

pingo was under the affect of covid-19 when he was banned so he was not thinking clearly. he wore mask and now is good to go back
Tbh Idk if I wanna -1 or +1 like ringo yeah he did some bad things and stuff but also helped loka be big back then and stuff so idk
for clarification not all of leadership let you into their towns, supplied you with anything you would need, or get all your items when you were banned. he is indeed alone in that regard, and you also mention that you alted more than one time, I personally only knew about obyes alt and i guarantee most of the leadership didn't know more than just that one as well. saying all of old requiem leadership did as much as lemon did is quite a blatantly false statement
Regardless of any "good" you did for the community in the past, you did basically an equal amount of "bad"

Ringo is someone who yes, kickstarted Loka's immense growth through his tireless recruitment, however is also someone who could not keep a good conduct whatsoever. Despite his efforts in this he still ended up being banned due to his behavior and I'd like to amend my former response by now saying that I don't see any good reason for Ringo to come back. I don't think he offers anything in coming back and will just cause more drama regarding Requiem, Regional Powers, etc. In the future maybe, but right now I don't really see a reason. I know about his servers and all, but I'd like to see Ringo be "reformed" (god I hate this word) for a bit longer.
