As for him using "spic" that's basically the same as calling your alliance "Mexican or Mexicans" even though literally like 2 of them are from Mexico?

Im assuming the chat wasn't called leadership or acted as a different chat at the time regardless that has nothing to with anything lmao he still used derogatory language. As for the generalization of the spanish speaking community I have always been against referring them to as "Mexicans" I actually know what country a lot of them are from. Most of the time im either calling them by name or I say "cheater's people" as cheater is the one who introduced a majority of them to the server. Nice try tho.

Ok just saying Red Skull literally worked with Hitler in the comics and was a part of the Nazis. Anyways, I believe that the Requiem propaganda doesn't hurt anybody as it's satirical and just funny propaganda used to recruit more players. However, I think it could be seen as anti-Semitic by many, and to that end I say that it perhaps could have been offensive and should not have been made. To blame Ringo for this may be justifiable but he wasn't the author of the artwork so I think it is inappropriate to bring up this picture in HIS appeal, as this thread as already been derailed on multiple occasions, and labeling him as an anti-Semite for a parody of propaganda alone should prove to be damaging to ones character, as he probably meant no ill intent towards any Jewish players on the server. If he did intend for this, perhaps bring that up in dms or perhaps a report of the player to higher up staff, not in public where others can add on to further defame ones character. Please keep this thread on topic or do not respond at all as Ringo has already stated he doesn't want any other discussions until higher staff have commented. (This goes for you too Pingo, stop being hypocritical).

From a personal perspective, most of the discussion so far has seemed fairly on-topic and mostly (not fully but mostly) relevant to the appeal. It still seems to me that Ringo is trying to skirt the negative responses by advocating for the thread to be locked. Obviously he wouldn’t want more discussion as the discourse has been mostly against him - but he doesn’t get to decide whether discussion is had, as it’s a public appeal.

A large portion of this thread has been personal beef including the person who believes they are being victimized and Ringo, who is painted to be the aggressor. Obviously I don't want their opinions silenced or for Ringo to get out of punishment by deliberately trying to limit or perhaps erase the possibility for players to come out about the injustices done to them by him, but I believe that the personal attacks by both parties should stay in dms and that if they have a problem to resolve it privately. I do think that Ringo is intelligent enough to try to silence any objections against his appeal, but I believe as if it's a lost cause for him as staff are already aware of a majority of what he's done and are taking that into consideration. It's good to supply recent proof of him not changing if you wish for him to stay banned, but for him to be attacked personally (Not all posts or replies are personal attacks!) would be deemed inappropriate in a ban appeal where he has stated that he wants it to be for upper staff to decide. I understand its a public appeal but at the same time some decency would be nice for both sides, as I think it's turned more into a Zoo than a forums thread at the time of writing this.

I want to clear this up really quickly, the recruiting picture is not a reason for me to believe he is anti-semitic. I think it was in poor taste but I don't think that alone makes Ringo anti-semitic. I have other reasons to believe that, whether that be things he said in discord or what players have told me of their experiences. Not making that claim based off of that photo alone.

As much as i would want ringo to return his raid on the Requiem as well as advertising of other servers I feel like will be repeated, especially when this was 2-3 months ago shows to me they haven't changed at all. With the screenshots above also reinforcing my points on how after all this time he hasn't change there is no way for me to +1. Sorry Ringo.

Unfortunately, we have no option but to keep this ban in place. Both me and Cryptite have received more than a handful of dms containing evidence of your actions since your last ban appeal. To our knowledge, these have come from players on all sides of in-game conflicts, including your own. They show, racism, hate speech, bullying and doxxing. We cannot let someone who continues to act like this back into the community. This has to change considerably for us to consider future appeals.
